Analog Photography: A Creative Vision

Analog photography is a tactile and intentional art form that combines creativity and craftsmanship. Unlike digital photography, it emphasizes quality over quantity, with only 36 shots per roll, requiring thoughtful composition for each frame.

I focus on the 35mm format, enjoying the interplay of colors and light. The process demands patience and a willingness to embrace uncertainty, as the results remain unseen until the film is developed. This element of risk has profoundly influenced my unique style.

Using tools like the Ars-Imago Black Box and its C-41 kit, I develop film at home, retaining full control over the process. I then digitize my negatives with the Lomography DigitaLIZA+ and refine them using Negative Lab Pro, preserving the analog charm while optimizing the images digitally.

This journey, from film to digital, allows me to shape every detail of my work, making analog photography a deeply rewarding creative experience.
